What to expect for your first visit

Your first visit typically can last from an hour to an hour and a half, and visits thereafter typically last one hour. Please wear, or bring comfortable clothing. Shorts are helpful if we are working with your back and legs, halter tops are helpful for women if we are working on back, neck, or shoulders.

Please bring them with you along with your insurance cards and prescription for treatment from your doctor. You will receive our HIPAA privacy policy when you arrive. Thank you
