The practice offers a relaxing, holistic and fun atmosphere. This includes (optional) greetings by Phoenix, the dog. Enjoy a large gym space with a full line of Life Fitness strengthening and cardio equipment.The equipment is typically used in the rehabilitation process - to help you and your muscles learn about desired movement patterns for healing and creating balance within your structure. However, emphasis is also placed on how you can continue exercise programs at home without fancy equipment.
